The CCBE and the European Lawyers Foundation (ELF) are pleased to invite you to participate in a webinar focused on “Surveillance and the impact of modern spyware tools on fundamental rights” on Monday 10 October from 10.00 to 12.00 (CET).

The webinar, which will gather high-level experts, will provide information on the impact of modern spyware tools, such as Pegasus, on the rights to privacy and data protection as well as on the lawyer-client confidentiality.
